Through a meticulous engagement with seven distinct cells or teams, this initiative successfully diagnosed their most pressing challenges and inefficiencies. The deliverable synthesizes these findings into a comprehensive analysis, providing a significantly enhanced understanding of the operational landscape and yielding actionable insights and strategic conclusions to guide future improvements and innovation.
