As the UX consultant for the redesign of WorkCafe.cl, I led a user-centered design process that directly translated Santander Chile’s business needs into new, intuitive website functionalities. By overhauling the information architecture and streamlining the user journey, we significantly enhanced the site’s usability and navigation.
